We're growing our sales team: technology does the heavy lifting, and you understand a business and match it with the right solution. We especially prioritize salespeople who know digital marketing — they explain the product's value best. If you're experienced, join directly; if you're eager to grow, we'll train you.
Scope of the role
To offer the right solution to a business, you get to grips with these areas. AI does the heavy lifting; you know when to deploy what.
Content, automation and production with AI tools — how to use them day to day.
How models work — so you can explain them to customers accurately and confidently.
Shopify, products, conversion — understanding how a store grows.
Meta & Google ads, funnels, measurement — showing the value.
Clearly showing a business what a solution will gain them, matching it to the right package.
Understanding needs, building trust, keeping a business with you long term.
How the work splits
Technology handles production, analysis and optimization. Your job is understanding the business and matching it with the right solution — that's where the real value is.
Most of this is already handled by beScaler.
So you're the bridge — between the technology and the business.
The process
Every applicant's profile is different. We review your application and decide the best path with you:
If you have sales experience and the right profile, you start directly as a Sales Representative.
If your potential is strong but you need to grow in some areas, we train you in AI and sales first, then bring you onto the team when you're ready.
We figure out which path fits you together — through your application and a short introductory chat.
