How do you open an account from Türkiye?
Companies in Türkiye have been able to open an ad account since 16 September 2026, and users in Türkiye can be targeted.
Open the ad account
Create an account with your business details in OpenAI's ads manager.
Add a payment method
Set the account currency and your card. The minimum daily budget depends on the currency.
Build the first campaign
Pick an objective, enter a max bid on the ad group, add the image and the card text.
Wait for review, then go live
The ad is reviewed. Once approved, you switch it on.
